​Private Membership Association
We have organized a PMA for the purpose of making smoked pork available to our members. The USDA prohibits the sale of smoked products that are not overseen by a present agent. Our processor does not have an agent present daily over the three weeks it takes to smoke and cure pork. Thus they cannot label our smoked pork USDA approved. Forming a PMA allows us to offer  smoked pork for sale.
Membership costs $10 yearly.
