These little guys all have names now and are loving being outside. This is the Berkshire breed, well known for their quality.

My last experiment for 2020. I am trying to keep a tender pepper plant alive to Thanksgiving. So far, so good. It got down to 23 degrees last night in the garden, and the pepper plant seems to be alive. I will keep you posted.
Animals eat more than grass. Although bamboo is a grass, we don't think of it as horse and cow food. I am experimenting with using it that way. My pigs will get mulberries, evening primrose, and apples as my plan moves forward.
